1. Introduction

Welcome to Neuron. By accessing or using our code execution API service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Neuron provides a secure code execution API that allows users to run code in multiple programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, C++) within isolated Docker containers.

We are currently in early access (beta) phase. Features, pricing, and service availability may change without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to bypass security measures or resource limits
• Not use the service to execute malicious code or attack other systems
• Not share your API credentials with unauthorized parties
• Not abuse the free tier or attempt to create multiple accounts to gain additional credits

4. Credits and Billing

During early access, all users receive 200 free credits upon signup. Each successful code execution consumes 1 credit.

Credits are only deducted for successful executions. Failed executions due to Time Limit Exceeded (TLE), Memory Limit Exceeded (MLE), or compilation errors do not consume credits.

Future pricing plans will be announced before the end of the early access period.

5. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

Neuron is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or security breaches.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
